Muse are selling their latest tour programme with the USP of being the worlds first to feature Augmented Reality. Which is a neat thing to be able to claim (worlds first anything is always a point of interest). But it is also (to use the Orwellian theme of their Resistance Tour) an ‘ungood’ experience. Not quite doubleplus ungood - but nor far off it.
The stage (in real world) setup was amazing. The show was awesome. But the AR experience, hinted at in the merchandising, was a disappointment….
